In-Home Visit

TeleHealth Visit

- Non-Members book TeleHealth Visit here
- Review of systems and pertinent health information

- Please note, that some visits can not be done via TeleHealth and may require an in-person visit
Procedure Pricing
*All procedure pricing is in addition to the $225 in-home visit fee
Basic Suturing (laceration care)

*Basic laceration closure can not be fully determined until the wound has been examined and assessed. It is possible that a referral to the Emergency Department could ensue if it's found that the wound requires extensive services such as imaging and deeper wound exploration.
Skin Tag/Wart Removal

Skin tags will be removed but will not be sent for pathology or testing. If you are requiring further investigation into your skin tags we recommend visiting a Dermatologist. *Blanchard Primary Care reserves the right to refuse removal of skin lesions that appear to be something that need further evaluation by a Dermatologist.
Ear Lavage
$45/per ear
Fiber-optic examination and lavage of ear canal. Includes offering prescription for further treatment (antibiotics) if indicated.
Wound Care
$TBD*
Wound care will require examination and assessment along with a plan of care. *This is NOT in replacement of an already ordered wound care plan by another provider and/or Home-Health Agency.
Ingrown Nail Removal

Matrixectomy or partial nail removal is performed to remove a portion of the nail causing pain. This helps to prevent the ingrown nail from returning.
IV Hydration
$100*
IV hydration is a safe, fast and simple way to get feeling better quickly. Whether from illness, exhaustion, injury or undergone a recent surgery, intravenous hydration is a simple and safe way to rehydrate and recover sooner.
*IV medication available for nausea and pain (non-narcotic) for an additional $25
